1. Japan has delivered a demining aid package to the State Emergency Service of Ukraine.

2. Head of the State Emergency Service of Ukraine Andrii Danyk met with a delegation from Germany’s THW.

3. On the night of 8 March, Russian forces carried out a targeted strike on rescuers.

4. In the Dnipropetrovsk region, Russian forces struck rescuers.

5. In the Zaporizhzhia region, Russian forces attacked a rescuers’ evacuation vehicle.

6. Ten people, including two children — a 7-year-old boy and a 13-year-old girl — were killed in a Russian strike on Kharkiv.

7. Four people were killed and twenty injured following a Russian air strike on central Sloviansk.

8. In the Chernihiv region, a child was killed after an enemy UAV fell; the parents were injured.
