SESU News of the Week 16.01 – 23.01.2026

1. Russian forces have struck the Zaporizhzhia district, leaving people killed and injured.

2. Russia has struck a residential building in Dnipro.

3. In Druzhkivka, Donetsk region, a fire and rescue station came under enemy shelling for the second time this week.

4. In Zaporizhzhia region, a Russian drone attacked SESU deminers.

5.Ihor Klymenko: SESU divers carried out a unique underwater special operation in freezing conditions, with temperatures as low as –15°C.

6. In Kryvyi Rih, mine rescue workers brought employees from two mines to the surface.

7. In Kyiv region, rescuers are working side by side with energy workers to restore electricity and heating supplies.

8. Rescuers have received medical equipment from the Ukrainian Red Cross.
