1. Russia has once again attacked Odesa: three people have been killed and 25 injured.
2. In the Kharkiv region, a passenger train came under enemy fire.
3. The State Emergency Service family has said goodbye to two rescue workers who were killed in the line of duty.
4. In the Zaporizhzhia region, a Russian drone deliberately targeted the car of a community rescue officer in the Polohy district.
5. In the Dnipropetrovsk region, a State Emergency Service unit building was damaged in a UAV attack; the rescue workers were not injured.
6. In the Odesa region, at the Dniester Estuary, diver-sappers neutralised a Russian “Geran-2” attack UAV.
7. Since the beginning of 2026, more than 1,200 fires have been recorded in Ukraine due to faulty electrical networks and appliances.
8. At the Points of Invincibility, State Emergency Service psychologists have provided support to more than 28,000 people, including 7,000 children.
9. Ukrainian rescue workers have received a mobile laboratory from the OSCE to assess chemical risks.
